In order to login to the Billing Portal, you will need an access to your billing email.

The billing email the email you used while subscribing to the paid plan, and is not necessarily identical to the Loola Studio login email.

During login to the Billing Portal, a one-time password is sent to the billing email.

If you don't know, or don't have access to your billing email, please send us a note to [email protected] with your full name, last 4 digits of your payment card and your Loola User ID as shown in the Settings Page.

Note: if you don't get the one-time-password, please check your spam folder.
