Loola uses YouTube Studio default live stream settings. You can use YouTube Studio to set various parameters such as enabling/disabling the chat, add thumbnail, meta-tags etc.
To change the visibility settings of your YouTube broadcast, open the YouTube Studio Live settings:

Click the Edit button:
Set the visibility of your broadcast:
Click Save:
