Instagram:
Instagram may temporary block live streaming for your account following copyright detection. This may happen if Instagram's algorithms identify a background music in live videos as being copyrighted.
Tiktok:
Tiktok blocks live streaming access for any user who doesn't have at least 1000 followers.
Also, TikTok's algorithms will detect static frames and loop videos and may temporary suspend your account from going live streaming. For example, it's not recommended to stream a statics frame such as "Live will start tomorrow at 5pm" for long time.
